In the same way that the FIRST | ROOT Chakra connects us to the earth, the CROWN Chakra connects us to our higher self and the divine. It is the main source of our inspiration.
The SEVENTH | CROWN Chakra is associated with the color violet. This chakra serves as a tool for spiritual communication.
The ideal time to use the blend is during meditation or while practicing yoga. It can also be used during stressful moments to regain balance as indicated below:

- DESIRED STATE – wisdom, certainty
