This chakra is the center of our creativity and emotions. The sacral chakra is about movement and sensuality.
The SECOND | SACRAL Chakra is associated with the color orange. This chakra offers us the opportunity to lessen our “control issues”. When this energy is balanced, we find balance in our life.
The ideal time to use the blend is during meditation or while practicing yoga. It can also be used during stressful moments to regain balance as indicated below:
- IMBALANCE – jealousy, desire, anger, addictions
- DESIRED STATE – creativity, sensuality, grace
- ESSENTIAL OILS – Ylang Ylang, Clary Sage, Orange
- INFUSED CRYSTAL – carnelian
- LOCATION- 3 fingers below belly button
INHALE. Be present and enjoy the wonderful aroma. Roll the aromatic blend on pulse points and/or the Chakra location listed above. Once you have applied the blend, focus upon positive thoughts and intentions aimed towards balancing the Chakra.
