This chakra is all about love, self love and compassion for others.  The more we expand our heart, the more love we can give and receive from others.  

The FOURTH or Heart Chakra is associated with the color green. This chakra governs love relationships.  The spiritual lessons include:  forgiveness, unconditional love, letting go, trust, and compassion.

• IMBALANCE – sadness, fear, depression, grief
• DESIRED STATE – compassion, self love, peace
