Our sense of smell triggers memory and comforts emotion. The HEART blend is a lovely anytime, but especially comforting during times of grief. Even during minor loss, we can benefit from this lovely blend.

HEART contains a number of soothing essential oils:
- Frankincense – induces a feeling of peace, relaxation and reduces anxiety
- Roman Chamomile – most everyone is aware of the calming effect of chamomile tea. Roman Chamomile essential oil is highly effective for calming anxiety, stress and strong emotion
- Rose – It’s fragrance is perhaps more recognized than its balancing applications in aromatherapy. Rose is unique among aromatherapy oils. It’s aroma strengthens the heart spiritually and emotionally.
- Melissa (Lemon Balm) – is a tonic for the heart, it is especially beneficial for grief
- Grapefruit – citrus are always uplifting
At the first sign of discomfort, inhale. Apply roller to wrists and neck. Repeat as needed.
